The shallow sides of this Hard Anodised Roasting Tin make it just right for cooking cut pieces of meat, like chicken breasts, fillets of fish or chops as well as being perfect for roasting vegetables, allowing air to circulate so that everything browns evenly and quickly.
About our Hard-Anodised Ovenware
Made of aluminium for heat distribution that’s second to none, our hard-anodised ovenware is surprisingly tough – twice as tough as steel, in fact – which means it won’t warp or distort, even over or under direct heat. And, being aluminium, they’re lightweight for really easy handling too. All the trays and roasting tins are coated in Teflon non-stick so that food comes off easily, without any scratching, and they’re really easy to clean.
Oven safe to 250°C.

I have now bought three of these. Two form e and one for my daughter in law. They are fantastic for roasting pot atoes and other root veg. The are so easy to clean. Love them..
I now have 3 of these, mainly because i'm worried that you'll stop selling them, they are so versatile, my favourite recipe to use them for is Toad in the Hole, perfect every time. These tins are super non-stick even when roasting the stickiest of vegetables, they don't warp at high temps and wash so well that they come up like new. Without sounding too dramatic, as a cook I could not manage without these tins in my life.
I bought the hard anodised shallow roasting tin which is 37x26cm to replace my old one this is worth the money easy to wash and didn't buckle in the oven .
Best roasting tray ever! I wish they do all different sizes and shapes. I don’t think there is any better quality trays avaliable in anywhere. Super nonstick and washes soo well also no rust!
Good size + can be used on hob & in oven. Value for money
