About our Hard-Anodised Ovenware
Made of aluminium for heat distribution that’s second to none, our hard-anodised ovenware is surprisingly tough – twice as tough as steel, in fact – which means it won’t warp or distort, even over or under direct heat. And, being aluminium, they’re lightweight for really easy handling too. All the trays and roasting tins are coated in Teflon non-stick so that food comes off easily, without any scratching, and they’re really easy to clean.

Yes, this roasting tin is expensive and it is small but since buying one I have not only found it useful I have been so impressed with it that I bought another one! The non-stick is superb and it washes beautifully. I have used it for roasting and baking - perfect for a traybake pie! It is very robust and heat conduction is excellent. I am looking forward to buying large roaster when it comes into the shops. Treat yourself, you will not be disappointed!

When I first saw this I thought £20 for a small tin, but after having so many cheap ones thought I would give it a try. My verdict is that it is well worth the money, as the description says it does not warp and its a dream to clean. I would definately recommend this
