These little pans are 'piefect' (sorry couldn't resist!) for smaller individual pies. Because of the smaller size, the crust is always evenly baked, so no 'soggy bottoms'! Also, the non-stick finish allows for easy serving from the pan and a really easy clean afterwards. I have used this Nordicware pie pan to bake both sweet and savoury pies, and they have all turned out perfectly! Highly recommended. 5/5
