    "Good value set of brushes"

    I've had this set of brushes for quite some time now and have used them for many applications - painting food colouring on icing, brushing food colouring through the middle of piping bags, dusting cornflour from decorations, afixing decorations with edible glue or water. Colours wash from the brushes really easily and I've been surprised at how quickly the bristles dry after being washed. I would definitely buy again should I lose or break one of them.
