Hand-harvested from deep within the Himalayan mountains, these chunks of pure pink Jurassic rock salt pack in more flavour than the standard ‘pinch of salt’, as well as naturally occurring trace elements not easily found in other foods. Simply drop a rock into a large pan of boiling water for up to 2 minutes to season pasta, potatoes, rice or veg to perfection. Allow to dry and it can be used again and again.

This seemed like a fun product, I love the pink salt in the grinder. However, the rocks I added to boiling water for 2 minutes (as instructed) disappeared and left me with unusable, salty water. There was nothing left to dry out and re-use. The one star is for the idea. Not worth the money, even in the sale. Alison
