Produced by a small, family company who have been in business in the UK for over 60 years, they’re not quite Willy Wonka, but they have ‘invented’ thousands of flavours in their ‘laboratory’, so it’s a wonder our Buyer, Kathryn, managed to whittle this selection down! Not just for cakes and bakes, they can also be added to ice cream, icing, desserts, meringues and sauces; just a few drops create a nature-identical taste and, with so many flavours available, you can even mix and match – we’ve tucked into violet ice cream, raspberry macaroons, even rhubarb-flavoured cupcakes topped with custard buttercream and can certainly vouch for the taste.

I bought this to flavour some ice cream with and I'm about to buy some more, absolutely delicious! Another great addition to your 'Natural Preofessional Flavours' Lakeland :O)
I bought this product to flavour my home made yoghurt, and I must say it is horrible, it has a nasty chemical taste which I didn't like, I was bitterly disappointed in this product as I had high hopes for it, and thought it would enhance the yoghurt so it tasted like the good quality shop bought ones - I do not recommend this product. I bought 4 different flavours and they were all as bad.

I regret buying this flavouring as it smells and tastes dreadful. Nail polish is the best way to describe it. I used just a couple of drops in a cherry and mascarpone cake filling and had to discard the lot - that bad it was! Tried the chocolate flavour, too, that was another big fat zero. Best stick to known brands of flavourings, if you must use them.

I wish I'd seen the reviews before I bought this, I would never had bought it. I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and opened it to test on a small amount of icing . The smell was an overpowering chemical one. Really awful. The taste test was no better. What a waste of money, though luckily the icing was not ruined . In the end I used good quality seedless raspberry jam to flavour the buttercream ( i had to change the cake slightly) . That worked really well.
