"Delicious"

Gorgeous texture and taste, definitely recommend this mix.

"Excellent quality"

I would normally bake from scratch but thought I would try this new range. This was extremely easy to make – add oil, water and mix, pour into a loaf tin then bake in oven for 40 minutes. The result was excellent! I was very impressed as it tasted and looked homemade, also like the pieces of lemon, lovely flavour. Another great product from Lakeland!

"Lemon Drizzle Cake"

I was a little worried about attempting this cake mix as like quite a few others I would also make from scratch, but as we were going away I thought it would be ideal instead of taking lots of ingredients. It was so simple to make, mixed really quickly and I baked it in a loaf tin, when it was warm I inserted a skewer all over it and drizzled it with a mixture of lemon and icing sugar. When cool it was gone in no time. I now don't want to buy the mixture again as I know I won't be able to stop eating it. Even my husband who doesn't normally like lemon deserts/cakes said it was lovely.

Bought this when short of time and made as muffins. Did not over mix, used slow speed and just until blended. Rose well and were absolutely delicious!

"LOVELY CHEAT"

I don't normally bake cakes, but this looked too good to miss. I have made this cake several times now in a 2lb loaf tin and it turns out well every time. The flavour is good and it keeps really well in the cake tin. I just top it with lemon icing and everybody loves it.
