it has a pleasant flavour but tastes more like coriander seeds than leaves, so if you need it in your carrot and coriander soup, might not suit.

Bought this on sale and assumed - perhaps because the bottle is green - that it would be coriander leaf extract. Made the mistake of adding it to a vegetable dish in the quantity suggested on the bottle. Positively unpleasant, the resulting dish was only just edible. Bought two bottles because I love the taste of coriander leaf and it doesn't keep well - will have to chuck them away, couldn't possibly use them.
