I'm sorry to see that Lakeland are going to be discontinuing this as I've found it very useful and saves getting smell fingers peeling fresh garlic cloves. The main thing I've used it for is mixing with butter to spread onto sliced ciabatta for garlic bread which my daughter and all her friends seem to love. I'll have to stock up before it disappears from the Lakeland range
