Just used the chocolate moulds for the first time, for our re-usable Advent calendar, which has 24 pockets and the chocolate shapes are a perfect fit. The moulds are very easy to fill and came out of the flexible silicone moulds very easily, with an excellent level of detail.
The chocolate moulds were easier to use than I was expecting, the chocolates came out easily and you could see all the detail and they look impressive. The recipies were tasty but I found the cookie cutter hard to use, the dough in the given recipes is quite sticky and I couldn't get the dough out of the cutter - it could do with a plunger or I might buy a new fluted rectangular cookie cutter and try again with that!
