Brioche à tête or 'parisienne' is the traditional form of this sweet pastry and now you can bake it to perfection in this ceramic dish, designed and made in France (where else?) by emile Henry. the rounded base and fluted sides create the classic shape and help to turn out the finished product with ease. If you’ve mastered brioche and fancy something a little different, you can also use it for elaborate cakes, panettone or crème caramel. Microwave, freezer and oven safe.
