I bought one of these few months ago and I am very impressed with it. I love the fact that it all clips together and there is a bottom to clip on for transportation without dripping and that it can be used in the fridge or freezer as well. Top marks from me!
This is an great piece of kit. I was amazed at how juicy my salmon was and how perfectly cooked my mange tout was without overcooking or tasting of salmon. Brilliant that the containers go in fridge too.
I love the fact I can prepare food the night before and put it in fridge, so when I get in at night I can just pop it on the steam unit and its ready! I cant believe its automatic steam - comes out almost immediately! Lakeland proving again they can find the best - Thank you!
I love this product. I purchased it 2 days ago and have used it twice. It is so easy to use, easy to assemble and easy to clean. I simply place the veggies in the baskets, put the salmon fillets with a few chillie flakes sprinkled over them, put the timer on, and wait for 25 minutes. Hey presto a healthy delicious meal is cooked. No pans to wash, no cooker surface to wash, no oven to wipe over. I have purchased one for my daughter in law as so impressed with it.
Bought this just before last Christmas, thought it was fab, allowed for advanced prep worked well, as good with rice as with veg. However, as previously mentioned in another review I found the timer a challenge to be accurate with and as of this last week the steamer body has started to leak water into the electrical part of the device bit dangerous I feel. 4star product until it went pear shaped.
