We’ve sung the praises of low-oil fryers before, but we love this new version from Delonghi as it offers such amazing value for money, cooks quicker than other models and is so versatile it can cook anything from chips to chops to couscous. its large capacity allows it to cook up to 1kg of potatoes with just 4ml of oil, and thanks to the addition of a Surround Heat System (which means there’s a heating element in the base as well as the lid) not only will it make wonderfully crisp and fluffy chips, but you can also use it like an oven to bake pizza, pies... even cake.
