It all began in 1965 when Peter Boizot opened the first PizzaExpress in London’s Soho with the express aim of bringing great pizza to Great Britain. He did just that, and his vision continues to this day. Now you can recreate the PizzaExpress experience at home with this range of beautifully designed, authentic accessories. Each item has been made with the same care, quality and attention to detail that characterises the restaurants, and while they might not make you an accomplished pizzaiolo, at the very least you’ll look the part.
Just like the ones you see in the restaurants, only smaller for the home oven, this wooden paddle embossed with the Pizza Express logo slides under your pizza for easy removal from the oven, and is great for serving up and slicing on too.

Because I use the oven's grill-function to achieve 8-minute high-heat cooking and there's a blazing hot pizza stone underneath, I feel that pizza-making has become a dangerous process! This is where the pizza paddle will come in handy. It's well-made and smooth.
