I love this individual hot drinks carrier. I brought it on recommendation from a friend and have not been disappointed as i can put it in my bag (without having to keep it upright) and it doesn't leak.
My last travel mug was the Lakeland product, very pleased with it but difficult to clean lid, so decided to try the Oxo product, which is easier to clean but disappointed with heat retention. The outside of the flask gets quite hot but the drink barely kept warm for an hour. If I return my latest product can I change it for the Lakeland flask?

I totally agree with the last review . There really is no point to this "insulated" mug. It barely keep the coffee warm for 1 hour. I will be returning it also

My last travel mug from Lakeland lasted years and kept liquids hot for a number of hours, but eventually I needed a new one. I have several Oxo products which I love so chose this travel mug, however I am very disappointed with it. After only an hour the fluids are barely warm! Very disappointing. Unfortunately I can't find my receipt to return it, and have had to buy an alternative as this mug was useless!

My wife bought this product as a present for me, but it does not work. In less than an hour any hot drink stored in it is cold. I have just looked at the reviews and can see that it does not work for other customers. Why are you still selling it? I now have the inconvenience of going to your store in Epsom and convincing them that I need my money back. This is not good enough.
