I bought this chocolate to try making a few things the first being some hot chocolate bombs. This chocolate is excellent quality, delicious and very good to work with. I would definitely buy this again.

Last year my daughter and I went on a chocolate making workshop and since then we have made lots of chocolates for people and have tried different chocolates. The Belgian chocolate from Lakeland is the best we have tried for taste and quality. It melts really well and sets well making it ideal for chocolate shapes and for filling. I have used both the milk and white chocolate.
