About the range

Made for mess-free melting, each pack of these Luxury Chocolate Drops contains 900g of small chocolate buttons that are perfectly proportioned for melting quickly and easily. And because the bags can go in the microwave, you can save yourself from all that tedious washing up! They’ve been specially blended with extra cocoa butter to give a lovely smooth pouring consistency when melted, making them ideal for chocolate fountains, fondues and for super-smooth, glossy chocolate glazes to pour over cakes and bakes.

I'm not even a great white chocolate fan, but these are wonderful, and it's a huge packet too. If you want to make the perfect simple dessert, just add a handful of these to a cup or two of thick cream, heat gently until the chocolate has melted, and then stir in passionfruit pulp. Lots of it! Then pour into glasses or ramekins to set. You will not be sorry...

These chocolate drops are brilliant to use in cooking I’ve made brownies to white chocolate and raspberry scones there also a dream as so easy to melt . Taste is delicious so smooth . Would highly recommend.
