I purchased this to save on greaseproof paper and I don’t know why I waited so long having seen it used by tv chefs! The results are brilliant - no sticking and so easy to clean. Will be buying another one!
Worth every penny, works exactly as advertised
I used these or very similar while on a professional cookery course and was so pleased to be able to buy them at a Lakeland. They are so useful for biscuits and pastries. I use them in the oven and for rolling out. They wash in the dishwasher. Much better than keep using parchment.
I have found these sheets very useful when making biscuits and meringues which slide off the non stick surface. They wash easily and and are environmentally friendly as they save on the need to use greaseproof paper. This is the second one I have purchased and I may consider buying another.
