"A useful sheet for biscuit baking" star star star star star I have found these sheets very useful when making biscuits and meringues which slide off the non stick surface. They wash easily and and are environmentally friendly as they save on the need to use greaseproof paper. This is the second one I have purchased and I may consider buying another.
"A must have" star star star star star I used these or very similar while on a professional cookery course and was so pleased to be able to buy them at a Lakeland. They are so useful for biscuits and pastries. I use them in the oven and for rolling out. They wash in the dishwasher. Much better than keep using parchment.
