Pop it straight on the oven shelf and the fine mesh allows heat to circulate and air to escape, preventing any sogginess. It gives you fantastic results with chips, pizza and pies and the mesh will catch all those crumbs from crumbed fish fillets or chicken kievs, so there will be no stray bits on the bottom of the oven.
When you’ve finished, the basket can go straight into the dishwasher for quick and easy cleaning.

This mesh tray does a great job with oven chips (I must admit to preferring a pizza stone for pizzas). It is slightly more rigid than the previous style which makes it far less risky transferring to and from the oven. Smashing!
Product is a good idea, and does work - allowing air to circulate around food for even cooking underneath. However the product is very flimsy, so you'll need a tray to get it in and out of the oven, and any oil will just drip, so best to leave the pan on the shelf below. You'll also need the tray to get it back out the oven, due to the flimsiness. Perhaps it's worth considering the Pyramid Pan, also sold by Lakeland, which does the same job (perhaps not for a pizza though), in a much better manner, imho. I'd give the Pyramid Pan 5 out of 5.
