Though they make delicious desserts, when it comes to looks, steamed puddings can be a little, well, boring so we went in search of something a bit out of the ordinary. Just different enough to separate them from the run-of-the-mill, the fluted puddings made in our non-stick, aluminised steel mould will certainly stand out from the crowd. Or bake a cake in it and the lid will ensure it comes out perfectly shaped.
