As its name suggests, chiffon cake should be light and airy, and half the battle in baking the perfect cake lies in the pan you use. Tailor-made for the job, our aluminised steel pan can be turned upside down when it comes out the oven, allowing air to circulate below and helping to prevent your cake sagging as it cools. Once completely cool, the loose base and non-stick coating make it a doddle to release, then simply decorate for a dessert to be truly proud of.
