Just bought these and baked my very first madeleines - they turned out perfect!! These popped out with no trouble at all. Would highly recommend!!
These made beautifully shaped madeleines which turned out so easily. There's one improvement I'll use next time I make them - fill the mixture into a forcing bag and use it to fill the little shell shapes without spilling it over the edges. I found using a spoon a bit messy and time consuming. Don't panic when the tops look as though they are ready - I found they needed the full recommended 12 minutes cooking time so that the shell shapes didn't look too pale. These were light, delicate and popular, and will be a regular treat at home.
