Sausages taste all the more delicious when they’re made by your own fair hand, and we often get asked for gluten-free options, so we’ve swapped wheat for semolina in this kit, meaning there’s no need to miss out on a delicious banger with your mash! No complicated equipment is needed, all you’ll need is our kit and 1.5kg (3lb 5oz) good quality minced meat to create approximately 20 perfectly piped sausages.
Comprises 150g (5oz) seasoning mix, approx.. 4m (13’) sausage casing, gripping piping bag and full instructions.
(The semolina used in this product is made from Maize and hence gluten-free.)
