"Very functional timer - poor implementation" star star star star star_border Very functional with 2 independent count down timers T1 & T2 that count down from 99h 59m 59s ideal for slow cooking & bread making etc as well as short timings accurate to the second. After counting down to 0 (down pointing triangle) it continues to count up (up pointing triangle) as a stopwatch. So if you missed the alarm you can see how overdue you are! Or clear the count down timer to zero and use it as a stopwatch! Similar dual function precision timings are available from other branded timers that does NOT use touch sensitive buttons. Lakeland will maybe stock this some day.
"Buy one while you can!" star star star star star_border It seems that Lakeland are going to delist this product and its on offer. If you have patience buy one while you can. The biggest problem is not the product itself but Lakelands incomplete instructions. I have just read the previous reviews and solved two problems; the most annoying being that the instructions do not tell you how to get the clock back after you have used the T2 timer which shares the same screen. Now I know how to do that I am much happier and this clock has many plus points: including large clear screens, two timers, a loud alarm and so far an accurate clock.
"Very useful, well designed, and not hard to set up!" star star star star star_border I want to defend this timer! It's almost identical to one I used to have, which I loved using till its alarm stopped sounding after 9 months' use, so it's been easy for me to set this one up and use it. So useful to be able to time 2 things at once (eg sth in the oven + an exercise session), and the stopwatch mode too. Other than not telling you how to return to 'clock' setting (useful feature) after using the 'timer' setting, the instructions seem adequate to me, having read them. Have only just bought this but hope it'll last years. Only (small) negative is that it beeps every time you press it.
"Replacement for our 4 timer Salter" star star star star_border star_border Found this an ideal replacement for my much used Salter my only criticism so far is I have not been able to return to the clock after using both timers and the instructions are lacking any guidance any help would be appreciated support_agent A note from the team Thank you for placing your review. To return to the clock, just hold the T2 button down for two seconds - we hope this helps.
"Brilliant but awful!" star star star_border star_border star_border I was very pleased to find a duel timer and unlike other users I haven't had battery issues, so you would think I would be pleased with my purchase wouldn't you? But no, setting the timer is a nightmare, the unit will, on a regular basis, suddenly 'stick' on a time and stop taking input! You have to clear, hope for the best and start again, which is really, really frustrating..... To be fair the Lakeland staff have suggested I exchange it, but looking at the reviews, will I be exchanging it for a unit that eats batteries?? support_agent A note from the team We're sorry to hear you've been disappointed with this product and will be in touch soon.
