Easily slice blocks of medium to hard cheese to your desired thickness. Simply twist the knob to adjust the stainless steel blade from wafer-thin to up to 5mm thick. The chunky, oversized handle makes it comfortable to use and as the roller glides over the cheese, the blade cuts without sticking.

I was disappointed in this purchase. The idea is good but the reality is less than satisfactory. Fine if you use the setting for thicker slices. I found it 'hacked' the cheese when adjusted for thinner slices.
