"Great idea but not great in practice"

star star_border star_border star_border star_border

Bought these as thought they were a great idea. Only problem is that it's difficult to get them to the freezer without slopping water everywhere as they are bendable and there isn't a lip on the outer edge to stop the water spilling out. Then if you put them on a surface that's not quite level the water runs out. Bit disappointing think I'll go back to doing normal ice cubes

support_agent A note from the team

Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear of the problem you'd had. possibly move them to the freezer using a small tray or across the palm of your hand to give them more stability. I'll be in touch shortly.
