i have wanted to purchase and try one of these for ages so when it was on offer in the recent sale i had to give it a go what a fantastic gadget it allows me to cold smoke food just prior to serving so many different recipes to add a new spin too.
Delighted with this product. I have only smoked fish so far and it was amazing, however, it is quite a new way of preparing food so I am taking slowly. Always good to have a new challenge.
