Lakeland Burger Seasoning Mix 160g 5 "Makes "the best burgers around...."" Louise 09 August 2018 This is what my other half says when I make homemade burgers with this seasoning mix. And I tend to agree...This stuff makes burgers so much tastier than salt and pepper alone. 500g Beef mince, 1 beaten egg, couple of tablespoons of breadcrumbs and a tablespoon of Lakeland Burger Seasoning. That's all you need....perfect! Also the Lakeland Burger press is so handy and easy to use.
Lakeland Burger Seasoning Mix 160g 5 "Burger seasoning, the versatile kitchen friend!" Mrs Dakin 21 March 2017 I am extremely disappointed to find that I can't order this lovely seasoning mix. I hope fervently that I will be able to get it again. I don't just use it for burgers, I use it in other dishes most significantly as a dry marinade for pulled pork. I have to say that I pay little attention to instructions and use it to taste as I would any other seasoning. It is a fabulous and versatile mix and my family and I love it! Lakeland Burger Seasoning Mix 160g 4 "Nice but wow..!" Mr Manzi 27 July 2015 The actual mix is nice but the strength guideline is way too high. Have used this twice now and it works well at 1 tbsp per kg of meat. That's about 8 times less than the guidance on the package and could be reduced further easily whilst still retaining a lot of flavour. Good mix but use with caution....! 1 star for the guidelines, 4 for the actual product.
