"Icing pen filling"

I liked the idea of this item and it works well with frosting once filled, but very difficult to fill without a lot of mess, does anyone have tips for getting the icing into it ?

Thanks for the feedback and we're glad to hear that it works well. You could put your icing into a homemade grease-proof icing bag so that you could squeeze the icing in and top it up as you need it.

"Good idea but doesn't work :-("

This is not suitable for children to use as hard to fill and squeeze. The nozzles are very large and would not work well with sugar icing, so I made up butter icing. The neck to the chamber is so small that I could not spoon the mixture in and had to force it in with my hands. The chamber was very hard to squeeze - especially towards the end trying to force the last bit of icing out. The chamber only held enough icing for me to ice 3 cupcakes, so I had to fill it 4 times to ice my batch. The outside of the chamber got very messy and on the last cake the nozzle fell off! Hard to clean too.

"Disappointed"

Bought this for use with my granddaughter. Very difficult to fill as the neck is too narrow. Difficult to clean for the same reason. The purple piece that fits over the neck of the pen easily falls off.Quite difficult to squeeze. Definitely not Lakeland's usual high standard.

My daughter received the icing pen as a Christmas present. It is really difficult to use. The nozzle kept coming off and she had to keep refilling it which was really difficult even when she had help from an adult.

"Icing Pen"

I purchased this product from the shop in Milton Keynes because I have osteoarthritis in my hands and thought it would be easy to use. I am disappointed, as the first time I used it the nozzle came off.
