Lifting the Sunday roast from oven dish to carving board can be a delicate operation so this silicone cradle that sits beneath the meat as it roasts is most welcome. With handles for easy transfer to your board or serving platter once cooked, it also has drainage holes to ensure that all the meat juices are left in the pan for gravy.

I used mine for the first time today to cook a large piece of pork for nearly 4 hours and was very impressed. Always had trouble with meat and poultry sticking to my roasting tin but this worked perfectly. The meat lifted cleanly out of the tin with no problem. Very easy to clean with no scrubbing, just a quick wash in hot soapy water.
