Tried everything and ended up re melting it all and scraping out the chocolate. A note from the team We're sorry to hear that you're having difficulties with the mould. To remove the chocolate, preparation is key:ensure the mould is clean and dry - wash in hot soapy water, rinse well and dry with a clean cloth. Then using a microfibre cloth to polish to a high shine, this helps to ease the chocolate out and helps with smooth shine on the chocolate.Fill the mould to the brim and scrape of any excess - tap the mould three to four times to release any air bubbles from the chocolate. Now invert the mould over your bowl of chocolate and tap the side of the mould with your scraper to release any loose chocolate.We hope this works well for you.
