Crafted from highly durable stainless steel, the bases have an aluminium core to ensure even heat distribution with no hot spots, while the heat-resistant handles keep their cool when the temperature rises. The saucepans have close fitting, vented glass lids to lock in moisture, flavour and nutrients, and the whole set is suitable for ALL hobs incl. induction and oven safe up to 180°C (350°F).
