Perforated Cutting Wheel

I purchased this with the collapsible boxes, it is brilliant, cuts mallow neatly and with ease. Washes easily, little expensive but does the job well.

Found this in the sale - so good value! and not just for cold sweet things. Super little cutter - also especially good for sticky tray-bakes such as brownies. I use the square push-pan for cooking and when very cool, transfer the whole bake to the cutting guide, using a Lakeland cake lifter (bought some year ago and still brilliant). Then with the wheel it's so easy and accurate, no matter what size is preferred.
