"Excellent service and a great product."

We bought the Sea Breeze 500 ml vacuum flask from the store but after getting it home and trying it the fluid was lukewarm after 2 hours. Complained to Lakeland who were worth 10 even 20 stars and immediately replaced the product free of charge and emailed me with their deepest apologies. The flask arrived very quickly we tried it and the tea was nice and hot and tasted great. To be honest I thought it was a faulty design but we are very pleased with the flask which we can put in our rucksack when walking. WELL DONE LAKELAND STAFF YOU WERE SUPERB.
