Based on a traditional design, this retro, cast iron mincer from KitchenCraft not only works like a dream but also looks so great whilst doing it. With three different-sized mincing discs, it screw-clamps securely to your worktop to keep it firmly in place as you turn the wooden handle to produce delicious mince, ready to be transformed into all manner of dishes. It also includes a sausage-making attachment, for homemade bangers.

Not only does mincing your own meat give you ultimate control over the texture and coarseness of your mince, but it also lets you experiment with combinations of different cuts and additional ingredients to get that perfect, juicy burger or rich sausage.
