If you’re a health-conscious cook (isn’t that most of us?), you are going to love the Pyramid Pan. Designed to go in any of your existing roasting trays, it helps your food cook evenly and give juicy results, while also letting the fat drain away during cooking.
The Pyramid Pan achieves these feats through its unique design. Lined with a number of small ‘pyramids’, the liner raises your food up and allows fat to drip away. By raising your food, it also allows for better air circulation beneath, giving you crispier and more even results. Made from silicone, the mat has naturally non-stick qualities to help your food come away with ease.
To ensure the mat fits in your trays, simply trim to size, and, when not in use it can just be rolled up to save space. Not just giving you better baking results, this mat can also be used as a surface protector for hot trays fresh out of the oven, and, for easy cleaning, it is dishwasher safe.

Having had a selection of roasting racks over the years, i was eager to try this mat as it looked so different. I wasnt disappointed, and i was amazed how much fat was coming out, and not burning on the roasting tray. I left it to go cold and the fat just pooped off.
Love this and as others have said it is great for not only chicken, but sausages, burgers, roast vegetables etc. Yes fat does trap in grooves away from food and it can burn in there, but soak in hot soapy water and scrub with dish brush and it's fine and most of the time we stick it in the dishwasher and it comes out great and stores easily. Do not be tempted by cheap imitations out there as they really are not worth it as they dont last, clean well and smell at hight temperatures.
This fit into my roasting tray and it caught all the fat. It's easy to clean and easy to use.
This is fantastic, you can cut it, it washes easily even in the dishwasher and it saves time over and again and would highly recommend it.
This Fat Drainer is one of the best I have used. It prevents any meat from sitting in its own fat, while also avoiding the need for basting and is very good for grilling sausages. It can be easily cut to fit any pan and cleans up well in the dishwasher.
