"Beware of out of date items within kit"

I went all the way to get a top up kit as my husband bought me a starter kit and I also bought myself one. On my way home I noticed that the cultures within the kit were best before 01/2015 which would not give enough time to use. I inspected further and noticed that the rennet tablets expired 07/2014 (I bought the kit 28/12/2014). I called Customer Service to advise and was told to return, I was not asked which store etc so I had to insist the person take the details and raise awareness within the store in case there are other similar kits to withdraw. Stars not reflective of kit results
