Designed to replicate the domed roof of traditional brick bread ovens the cloche creates a depth of crust and the airy crumb that French breads are renowned for – and it’s so simple to do! Your bread dough sits inside the cloche for the second prove and when you’re ready, pops into the oven to bake.

Able to withstand high temperatures as well as chip and scratch resistant, the inherent strength of the high-quality Burgundian clay and natural mineral glazes together with the 160 years of traditional, artisan pottery skill make an unbeatable combination.
