"Perfect for creme eggs" star star star star star_border I bought these moulds to make homemade creme eggs. They are very easy to use, although there were no instructions with the product. I cooled melted chocolate, spooned into the moulds and pushed up the sides with the back of the spoon. After 1hr in the fridge I applied a second coat for a thick chocolate shell. The shells easily came out of the mould without any breakages. I filled with fondant then sealed the halves with a little melted chocolate along the edges. They looked beautiful and professional:
