Now you can have fresh herbs all year round by freezing them in the Herbsicle. Fill with a bunch of leafy herbs such as parsley or coriander then twist the handle down tight and put it in the freezer. In a few hours you’ll have a ‘lollipop’ of herbs ready to use just when you want them – simply twist the handle to push the herbs out and slice or grate directly onto your food.

"Not so easy."

Bought 2 of these and so far have only used one. Filled it with parsley and froze according to instructions. Wanted to use it the following day and found it impossible to twist to be able to grate the herb. Resorted to running it under the tap. It is no easier than freezing the herb in a bag and chopping the amount you need but a lot more expensive. If I can find my receipt I will be returning them both. Sorry.
