With just a little patience, you can have delicious home-cured meats thanks to this simple-to-use kit. Containing enough ingredients to cure up to 10kg of uncooked meat, just rub the spice mix over all the surfaces, seal it in a food-safe plastic bag and store in a cool dark place for a few days (a fridge is ideal), turning once a day. Minimum effort for maximum flavour.
