"Please could you help?"
I bought the Cupcake Baking Tin yesterday and found there is no recipe or quantities included anywhere on the box. I have checked thoroughly. Could you please tell me the correct quantity? I tried a total of 3 large eggs for the top and bottom - this was not enough. I tried 4 large eggs for the top and bottom - this was not enough. I tried 3 large eggs for the base only - this was too much. I tried 2 large eggs for the base only - this was not enough. I think the correct mixture should be 5 or 6 medium eggs, but I can't justify using any more eggs and butter to try it.

Thanks for placing your review. We're sorry there isn't a recommended recipe added to the instructions. We'd recommend using a 6 egg cake mix - 6 eggs, 12oz Self raising flour, 12oz caster sugar and 12oz butter. Check regularly as cooking times in different ovens vary.
