Jubilee Bundt® Pan

I've got several Nordic Ware Bundt pans and I have to say they're just brilliant! So when I saw this new Jubilee shape I had to have it! The little diamonds catch the glaze or whatever you want to pour over the cake so it stays lovely and moist but not stodgy. My friend also pointed out to me that there are heart shapes in the design too, it's hard to explain but if you follow the edge of each diamond up and over into the flute in the middle you'll be able to make them out. A bit like one of those pictures you have to stare at for days, then suddenly it becomes 'a 3D Elephant'!! Fantastic!

People think you are incredibly clever to produce a cake that looks like this but ironically it is far easier than many less impressive things I make. The secret is in brushing the tin really thoroughly with cake release - I find a home made mix of equal parts of plain flour, vegetable oil and trex or crisco whizzed together in food processor works best. I think I might have to start a collection of nordicware bundt tins ...

If you know your Bundt tins, then you'll know that only Nordicware from America produces quality tins like this. Thick, heavy duty tins with an incredible non stick quality cannot be matched by anything else on the market today. Being a lover of their tins, I had to add this one to my collection, and I'm very glad that I did too! It produces a cake with incredible detail which turns out beautifully. A doddle to wash up and a pleasure to eat the results. Very highly recommended!

I absolutely love this cake pan, so many comments, delicious cake and completely non stick when used with Cake release. Great supplier too please stock more shapes I'm addicted and am happiest buying from somewhere I trust.

Lakeland, Please get more Nordicware tins!! I've got relatives to bring these home in their luggage from the US. In my opinion no-one makes baking trays like Nordicware. Perfect results consistently every single time..only issue is where to store the tins when you keep adding new ones to your collection!
