Attaching just like a two-piece icing nozzle, the built-in valve prevents drips and mess so all you have to do is squeeze to dispense and release to cease, making it ideal for pancakes, Yorkshire puds and filling cupcake cases. Excellent tool for filling cupcake or any small cake cases. Used it recently to fill ice cream cones for cone cakes. No mess and very easy to control. Absolutely delighted! Looking forward to making cake pops as I'm sure it will work a treat in filling the holes of the cake pop maker.
