Why take two mills to the table when one will do the job? This compact 2-in-1 Salt and Pepper Grinder is a great space saver, doing both in just one compact package.
Easy to use, just turn it one way for freshly milled salt and the other for pepper. Each end has a separate ceramic grinding mechanism that can be adjusted from fine to coarse and a lid to stop spills.

I like pepper and salt grinders with lids, so that the mechanism doesn't get clogged up by steam. They are hard to find and I am delighted with this. I like that the compartments are not too big, so that the salt and pepper doesn't get stale. The pepper grinds beautifully small.
This was bought for my husband to carry in his lorry as it's compact and has lids on both ends to prevent bits everywhere. It does the job well and both grinders are adjustable and seem strong. The only down side is to fill it you have to pull the base out of the middle section but the glue isn't the best and the middle section pulled out of the metal casing as well. It took 2 of us and a pair of pliers to fill both sections and reassemble. Thankfully it holds a lot so we shouldn't have to refill it again for some time!
Great bec: looks good, perfect narrow size for cabinets, works well but it is very difficult to open for refilling! Would have been better to have the parts as screwed on pieces rather than having to pull them apart. I always get bits of leftover salt or pepper if I manage to pull it apart. Most of the time, I have to ask my son to do it for me. In hindsight, I should have bought a different brand of combination mill.
