i usually read reviews and never post any, but after buying so many useless flasks over the years, i was delighted to get this one that actually kept the water HOT! one tip i was given was put hot water in it beforehand to warm flask up, let it sit until you need to go and empty and fill it up. kept the water really hot for a nice cuppa later in the day. its very sturdy, which is great if you have a family and it is gonna get knocked about a bit. happy customer
