"Freeze"

Normally I like to look through a book before I buy so was a bit dubious when I ordered this, however, I'm glad I did - its a lovely book and the recipes are to my taste. With ageing parents as well as children to care for, this book will be a very useful tool. My dad (who is very hard to please) has picked several recipes he would like me to "freeze" for him. Not every recipe has picture but that is a small drawback.
