"Bella Panettone!"

An Italian, married to an Englishman, I eat panettone in Italia ( all year round) yet have never baked my own, but always wanted too. Longing for home I bought a tin and made my first one yesterday, it worked beautifully, and was worth the wait. The tin is easy to use, and moulds the panettone beautifully. The tin lines well ( I recommend this, as do the manufacturers instructions) and the tin fits conveniently into a home oven. Price of the tin is good, and I can see that the design is well conceived and classic in shape, is authentic. Brioche, Sicily Lemon bread are next. Ciao!

Great product!! Sleek and simple design, worth every penny! Haven't made a panettone yet but definitely amazing for tall cakes. The getting cakes out of the tin are made easy with the loose bottom. Can't wait to bake my panettone!
