Cake Decorating Sprinkles - 55g Confetti Dots

Very happy with these - the cap allows you to sprinkle them onto cupcakes etc straight from the jar, allowing almost effortless decoration. I think they look like a more elegant, grown-up version of Hundreds & Thousands! They do look like confetti. When eating the cake, they add a little crunch and sweetness, but aren't too hard and don't distract from the cake and icing. I'd love to have these in other colours!

I bought some of these a short while back, as I had a Confetti Cookie recipe I wanted to try - and they were brilliant! The colours didn't run during the baking process, the taste was sweet without being either sickly or artificial, and I got SO MANY compliments on the cookies. My one and only quibble, would be that I'd like to see Lakeland stock a brighter-coloured set in addition to these pastel confetti dots. Needless to say, I'm really sorry to see that they're currently labelled as "Last Chance to Buy" - I think I'd better stock up while they're still here!
