I have purchsed the Yule log for the holidays to make a few festive treats. I have purchased other Nordic Ware cake tins in the past and keep on being more and more amazed by the quality. Great addition to any holiday table.
I bought my tin in October and used it almost as soon as it arrived at the door. The tin is exceptional quality, very sturdy and I was amazed at how large the cake was and it kept it's shape well when turned out. I coated it with liquid ganache icing and it was delicious. I will be baking for Xmas to give as gifts. As always with Lakeland products a real winner.
